Do you charge a fee?
No, services are complimentary. 2 upfront quotes, if additional quotes or you change location then there’s a service charge of $25 per quote or location change
How much is a trip deposit?
Varies depending on destination, when, and the supplier. Typical deposit $200-300/pp
What hotel/resorts brands do you work with?
I have access to all the major cruise lines but I work mostly with Carnival Cruise, Royal Caribbean and Disney.

AMResorts is my favorite brand their resorts include:

Secrets and Breathless Adults Only
Dreams, Now, Zoetry and Sunscape for families.

Blue Diamond Resorts is another property I work with a lot and it includes the Royalton, Plant Hollywood and CHIC properties.

Riu Resorts never fail either. They have both adults only and family options.

I can just use Expedia/Travelocity, etc.
You can, but there are important differences between your favorite online trip planner and Burrell Travels.

Why do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance protects your investment and memories. You can cancel your trip at any time, covers medical issues, emergency evacuations, flight changes/delays or baggage loss. Travel insurance isn’t required, but recommended.
How soon should i start planning my vacation?
Now. airlines release flights 10-12 months in advance but the more prepared you are and plan in advance the smoother your trip will be. Most importantly, let’s look in your hotel now. We can add the flight later.
Is the price cheaper if we travel as a group?
Yes. Burrell Travels specializes in group travel (minimum of 10 people and 5 rooms), so we’re able to get optimum rates for groups of 10 or more.
What happens if I cancel my trip?
Your travel insurance may cover your cancellation. Please contact Burrell Travels at email before cancelling any trip. 614.607.4350
